Conflict Minerals Management

We conduct conflict mineral due diligence on our suppliers every year and require them to conduct due diligence on their supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the products we provide do not come from conflict minerals. We communicate this responsibility to every supplier and commit to purchasing raw materials from sources that are environmentally and socially responsible.

Linkway Future insists on responsible mineral procurement. It has formulated the "Conflict Minerals Policy" and actively promotes the conflict-free minerals policy, committing to avoid purchasing minerals that cause conflict or serious human rights violations, identifying minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, while ensuring that suppliers comply with this policy and that smelters and refineries in the supply chain are compliant. Smelters and refineries that do not pass the RMAP certification or do not meet customer requirements must be removed from the supply chain. Every year, we will update and publish the "Conflict Minerals Management Policy" on the company's official website.

Quality

The company implements the relevant requirements of the applicable norms for chemical safety at home and abroad and the customer's restricted substance norms with high standards. It has formulated the "Regulations for the Management of Restricted Substances in Materials and Finished Products" and other systems to standardize the full process control of product development, procurement of raw materials, production processes, and traceability of shipments. It also classifies and controls the chemicals involved in the materials, components, finished products, and their production processes, forming a harmful substance management system that runs through the entire life cycle of products.

It has formulated and strictly implemented the environmental policy of "preventing pollution, continuously reducing waste, providing environmentally friendly products; saving energy, protecting the Earth, and operating green enterprises pragmatically." The energy policy is "energy saving, emission reduction, greening, recycling; compliance with laws, standardization, integration, and responsibility."     Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030, with an annual reduction target of ≥3% (2020 as the base year); achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
